The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our growth.

As an SDR at RevAmp, you’ll play a crucial role in our Go-To-Market strategy, using our cutting-edge product to prospect for both RevAmp and our B2B clients.

This business-critical role is ideal for someone who takes a curiosity-first approach to selling, is energized by turning a “no” into a “yes”, and is adept at navigating the complexities of the organizations that need our services.

By nature, this person needs to be independent, driven, and dedicated to finding the “yes”.

To cut through inbox noise, you’ll employ hyper-personalization techniques, crafting AI-assisted, highly relevant messages tailored to each prospect’s specific situation.

This innovative process empowers you to focus on quality over quantity, achieving superior results compared to traditional SDR methods.

Your Impact

  1. Generate new opportunities through targeted outreach, including extensive international cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement
  2. Qualify leads based on their potential for partnership, clearly communicating RevAmp’s value proposition
  3. Schedule and conduct discovery calls and demos with prospects
  4. Work closely with the Co-founder and wider teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Utilize RevAmp’s advanced SDR product to identify and engage high-potential prospects at the right time
  6. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent data recording and reporting in our CRM for maximum visibility
  7. Meet or exceed SDR quotas as defined by management

What We’re Looking For

  1. 2-3 year of experience as an outbound SDR/BDR for the USA market with a track record of consistently achieving or over-achieving quota
  2. Strong resilience and mental fortitude to handle rejection at scale on a daily basis
  3. Builder mentality: eagerness to co-create and refine the best possible processes for our team and company
  4. Professionalism and self-motivation to perform excellently in a remote work environment
  5. Zero reluctance to pick up the phone – International cold-calling is a huge part of the job
  6. Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
  7. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Keen interest in leveraging cutting-edge technology for sales prospecting
  9. Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in an unpredictable, fast-paced setting
  10. Curiosity-first approach to selling and a natural drive to turn “no” into “yes”
